I really like the mood that this piece sets and the angle works really well with the image. However, I feel like the image is a little too dark by the character. The only way I can see such dark shadows on the character working is if he is coming out of the shadows or is being consumed by shadows (I don't know if this is what you were going for so I can only assume). Also, since it looks like the image has some strong back lighting, I feel as though the character should show some interaction with the back lighting, such as adding some border lighting to the character by his head and wings as well as the parts in shadow. This would help you to define the shape better. All in all, this is a great piece! Keep it up <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
